Prior to the game tonight, the Dodgers recalled LHP Scott Elbert from Triple-A Albuquerque and optioned LHP Brent Leach to Triple-A. Elbert will wear No. 57
They will try to avoid being swept tonight. Los Angeles' high-powered offense has been completely grounded in St. Louis, combining for three total runs in the first three games of this series. They had a rough game last night, but their opening day starter, Kuroda, will try to get them at least 1 win in St. Louis.
